At Fox & Ocean (F&O), we want your little one's new jumpsuit to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
Free Standard Shipping (USPS)
- Cost: Free on all orders
- Carrier: USPS
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days from order date
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships
Expedited Shipping (UPS / FedEx)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Carriers: UPS or FedEx
- Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days depending on service selected
- Tracking: Full tracking provided via email
Where We Ship
Fox & Ocean currently ships to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Free exchanges on all sizes
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective)
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
