Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, inside out, then reshape and dry flat. Skip the dryer — heat flattens the hood fur. Smoothing the fur with your fingers while it is still damp brings it back soft.
Is it warm enough to wear outside?
It is a knit, not a coat. Warm on its own indoors and on a mild day, and it layers neatly under The Little Bear when it turns properly cold.
Will the joggers stay up?
There is a ribbed waistband with a knit drawstring, so they can be pulled in and tied. The ankles are ribbed too, which keeps the leg from dragging.
